Therapy for Overwhelmed Women in Maryland & Vermont
Find yourself again
You are seen as capable & resilient even when its making you quietly struggle in silence and feeling lonely inside
Is it YOU who is..
Feeling pulled in a million directions - balancing work, family, relationships and everyone else’s needs
Constantly having to put yourself last and wondering if you’re “enough” and still feeling short
Feeling disconnected - unsure of who you are, what you want, or what feels good to you
Feeling overwhelmed, anxiety or sadness that lingers despite having everything
Experiencing old wounds, unresolved pain resurfacing during pregnancy, postpartum, or other life transitions
Struggling to set boundaries, say no without guilt, fear or self-doubt
Questioning your identity, confidence, or self-worth while meeting everyone else’s needs
Feeling like your nervous system is constantly “on”—tense, reactive, exhausted, and craving peace
You deserve a space where you do not have to be the strong one.
Imagine having a space where you can finally sit down, close your eyes and can just exhale…..
A place where you are not managing, fixing, or holding it all together—but simply allowed to be. A space where you can put the weight down, feel deeply understood, and stop carrying everything alone.
Therapy offers that space!
Together, we work to reduce overwhelm, process emotional pain, and help you move from constant tension and reactivity into more calm, clarity, and connection. Your healing will begin when you no longer have to fight yourself to feel okay.
All Your feelings are valid and what you are going through is real!
But, it does not need to stay this way. This can change!
You are not doing this alone. I am here to help you find more peace and ease while you keep showing up for the people who matter.
How I can support
Therapy with me is about creating asafe and a supportive space where you can slow down, feel truly seen, and explore what’s underneath the overwhelm. Together, we’ll uncover patterns, honor your internal world and help you reconnect with your needs, values, and most importantly your sense of self.
We’ll explore how trauma, life transitions, and daily stress impact your mind and body—and build practical, sustainable strategies to help you feel stable, calm and more empowered.
Together, We’ll Work On
Gently noticing the patterns that keep you feeling stuck, stressed, or overwhelmed
Understanding your triggers and the automatic ways your nervous system reacts
Setting healthier boundaries with work, family, relationships — and with yourself
Reconnecting with who you are beneath all these roles and responsibilities
Reducing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and reactivity
Navigating pregnancy, postpartum, or other major life transitions with steadiness and support
Learning to treat yourself with the same care you give to others you love
Learning practical tools to help you feel more grounded, present, and at ease
As a woman - and more so as a mom and a wife - I see you with your challenges and I am here to support you on your journey
Approaches I Use
My work combines relational talk therapy and body-based (somatic) methods, helping you feel more confident, grounded, and in tune with your mind and body.
I integrate trauma-informed, mind-body, and experiential approaches that help both mind and body:
Somatic Experiencing / body-based practices – Where you release tension, regulate your nervous system, and feel more grounded in your body
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) – process difficult memories and release unhelpful patterns
Relational & Women-centered therapy – gain clarity, explore emotions, and strengthen your connection with yourself and others
Attachment-informed and Empowerment-focused approaches – build self-trust, set healthy boundaries and feel more confident and autonomous in life
These approaches are tailored to your unique needs, creating practical and supportive sessions where real change is felt, not just talked about.
Outcomes you will gain
Greater calm, clarity, and emotional stability
Tools to manage stress, overwhelm, and anxiety in daily life
Confidence in your choices, boundaries, and relationships
A deeper sense of self-compassion and trust in yourself
The ability to navigate life transitions with support and resilience
