Minali Sharma, MS, LCPC

Hi! I’m Minali, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, and I believe healing happens best in spaces that feel safe, attuned, and human. My work is grounded in both clinical training and a deep respect for the body’s natural wisdom.

I work primarily with women and adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside, but carrying a lot inside. Together, we slow things down and make space for real and meaningful change.

I have two Masters degrees and over 15 years of experience in the field working in both research and client-facing settings

  • Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, Maryland (MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, 2019)

Therapy sessions with me are not about fixing things or forcing yourself to “get over it”. Sessions with me are more collaborative and paced in a way that feels more manageable to you. It is about creating space for you to rest, slow down, feel supported, and reconnect with your inner parts. In our work together, you may understand what’s happening in your mind and body, gain insights into some unhelpful patterns/habits and learn practical ways to move through life with more steadiness and ease instead of feeling constantly overwhelmed by them. Here, we will focus on helping you feel less pulled in every direction and more anchored in yourself, so that day-to-day life feels more in control and less draining.

My role is to walk alongside you with care and compassion. We will find words for what may have gone unspoken and learn how to release what your body has been holding, so change can feel grounding, safe, and lasting.
