Serving clients across Maryland & Vermont through secure virtual therapy

Therapy for Anxiety and Overwhelm; helping you slow down, release what you’ve been carrying, and feel more in control.

Somatic Therapy for Anxious & High Functioning Women and Adults ready to feel at ease and grounded

‍ ‍

You are in the right place if you

  • Feel overwhelmed and on edge, even when nothing is “wrong”

  • Care for everyone else while quietly struggling with sadness, anxiety; leading to resentment and burnout

  • Notice unpleasant physical sensations: tightness, heaviness, or restlessness when it becomes too much

  • Have lost touch with parts of yourself, your sense of ease or the joy you once felt

  • Notice your own upbringing or attachment patterns are surfacing as you navigate parenting your child(ren)

  • Want tools that actually help in the moment; not just insight

If this resonates with you; does not mean there is something wrong with you.
It often means your nervous system has been carrying more than it was meant to, for a very long time.

Therapy can be a space where you don’t have to hold it all together.

There is a way forward that doesn’t require you to keep pushing through!

No pressure; just a chance to see if this feels like the right fit for you!

Hi, I’m Minali, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Maryland.

I’m drawn to this work both through my own lived experiences and through witnessing how deeply important it is to have a space where you don’t have to hold everything together on your own. I believe healing happens in spaces that feel safe, attuned, and genuinely human where you can show up as you are, without pressure or judgment or pretending to be okay.

I work primarily with women and adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside (they perform really well; take care of everyone and put together), but internally carry a lot (they feel exhausted and empty) often struggle alone.

My approach is grounded in both clinical training and a deep respect for the body’s natural wisdom. Many clients come in unsure of where to start, and I want you to know it is completely normal. It is also common to feel nervous or uncomfortable when meeting a new person and sharing struggles that have been held inside for a long time. You don’t need the right words or to have everything figured out when you begin this process. you just need to show up as you are.

I view my client first as a human being who is looking to be seen and understood, and then as a partner in their own healing.

What its like to work with me

Therapy with me is not about another chore on your to-do list or about fixing things. It certainly isn’t about forcing yourself to “just get over it”. Instead think of our sessions as a soft landing; a dedicated space where you are finally allowed to slow down, rest, and breathe. It is that therapeutic space where you will feel heard and seen, and be able to reconnect with your inner parts.

Sessions with me are more collaborative and paced in a way that feels more manageable to you. In our work together, we move at a pace that feels manageable for you. We focus on helping you feel less pulled in every direction and more anchored in your own skin. Together, we will find words for what has gone unspoken and gently release the tension your body has been holding.

My role isn't to lead you or tell you who to be; it is to walk alongside you with steady compassion, helping you navigate this season so that day-to-day life begins to feel less like a drain and more like a journey you are actually in control of.
