Therapy for Women in Maryland & Vermont

Find yourself again

You are seen as capable & resilient even when its making you quietly struggle in silence and feeling lonely inside

Is it YOU who is..

  • Feeling pulled in a million directions - balancing work, family, relationships and everyone else’s needs

  • Constantly having to put yourself last and wondering if you’re “enough”

  • Feeling disconnected from who you are, what you want, or what truly matters to you

  • Overwhelm, anxiety or sadness that lingers despite having everything

  • Resurfacing old wounds, or unresolved feelings, during pregnancy, postpartum, or other life transitions

  • Difficulty setting boundaries or saying no without guilt

  • Struggling with identity, confidence, or self-worth amidst life’s pressures

All Your feelings are valid and what you are going through is real!

But, it does not need to stay this way. This can change!

You are not doing this alone. I am here to help you find more peace and ease while you keep showing up for the people who matter.

How I can support

Therapy with me is about creating a safe and a supportive space where you can slow down, feel truly seen, and explore what’s underneath the overwhelm. Together, we’ll uncover patterns, honor your internal world and help you reconnect with your needs, values, and most importantly your sense of self.

We’ll explore how trauma, life transitions, and daily stress impact your mind and body—and build practical, sustainable strategies to help you feel stable, calm and more empowered.

Together, We’ll Work On

  • Gently noticing the patterns that keep you feeling stuck, stressed, or overwhelmed

  • Understanding your triggers and the automatic ways your nervous system reacts

  • Setting healthier boundaries with work, family, relationships — and with yourself

  • Reconnecting with who you are beneath all these roles and responsibilities

  • Reducing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and reactivity

  • Navigating pregnancy, postpartum, or other major life transitions with steadiness and support

  • Learning to treat yourself with the same care you give to others you love

  • Learning practical tools to help you feel more grounded, present, and at ease

As a woman - and more so as a mom and a wife - I see you with your challenges and I am here to support you on your journey

Approaches I Use

My work combines relational talk therapy and body-based (somatic) methods, helping you feel more confident, grounded, and in tune with your mind and body.

I integrate trauma-informed, mind-body, and experiential approaches that help both mind and body:

  • Somatic Experiencing / body-based practices – release tension, regulate your nervous system, and feel more grounded in your body

  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) – process difficult memories and release unhelpful patterns

  • Relational & Women-centered therapy – gain clarity, explore emotions, and strengthen your connection with yourself and others

  • Attachment-informed and Empowerment-focused approaches – build self-trust, set healthy boundaries and feel more confident and autonomous in life

These approaches are tailored to your unique needs, creating practical and supportive sessions where real change is felt, not just talked about.

Outcomes you will gain

  • Greater calm, clarity, and emotional stability

  • Tools to manage stress, overwhelm, and anxiety in daily life

  • Confidence in your choices, boundaries, and relationships

  • A deeper sense of self-compassion and trust in yourself

  • The ability to navigate life transitions with support and resilience
